Tonight's Grey's Anatomy:

I used to think I loved George best. But then I got distracted by the prettiness of Alex and Addison, and then they got all angsty and broke my heart. I think actually they were angsty the whole time and I didn't notice.

Addison crying in the toilet. I love her. And bonding with Callie over Mark. Also, as a total aside, apparently Eric Dane was Jamie Madrox in X3 and I failed to notice. I'm starting to think I live in a bubble.

And Alex, talking about his dad and his childhood. I just wanted to pick him up and hug him and make it all better.

I think these two are my new OTP, and not just because they are both so very pretty. I like me some angst and they both come with so much baggage and so much brokenness and I want to see them trying to heal together, trying to make it better, two steps forward one step back. It wouldn't be pretty, but it would be... well, I don't know what it'd be, really. It's the vulnerableness and the fragileness and they've both hurt people and they've been hurt and they're just ow.

Except: spin-off. At first I was happy that someone was finally noticing the awesomeness of A: Addison and B: Kate Walsh, but now I'm meh about it because I love Addison right where she is. With Alex If it works, well, yay for Kate. I'll probably watch it. I read that she has a clause in her contract which will bring her back to Grey's if the spin-off fails, and there is a part of me which hopes it will. Doesn't make me feel like a very nice person, but there it is.



Also, I think Grey's has the weirdest pairing names I've ever seen. Burke/Christina seems to be Burktina and Bang, and Alex/Addison is Addex or Addisex, which would be kind of cute if the latter contained sex and the former didn't, but they seem to be used arbitrarily, and then there's Gizzie and McStizzie, and MerDer (somewhat appropriate, as Derek/Meredith does tend to inspire murderous rage in me) and Maddison, which always makes me think Meredith/Addison but I think is actually Mark/Addison.

I do not get the appeal of these names. At all.

Alex and Addison are just hotties. I love the relationship between Addison and Callie, it's cute. There's some seriously good stuff coming up for you :)

Addison and Callie are adorable. And I'm totally spoiled for Grey's because... Alex. And Addison. I get mildly obsessive sometimes. *g*

Oh, I have given up on watching it. I just read the TwoP updates now. Well, for the past two episodes. It is amazing that a show can just do the one thing you didn't want to happen.

I've been reading TWoP too. Mostly skim reading looking for Addison and Alex, but I pick up the major plotlines.
