Because after Youtube took them down, the Herald printed them anyway.
Scene 1: Justine begins to strangle Tania as Callum watches.
Scene 2: Scotty and Shanti are alone together; Scotty begins to strangle Shanti.
Scene 3: Luke shows up at Alice's; as she turns to get a bottle of wine from the fridge he takes out a piece of plastic tubing.
I think 1 would be the awesomest thing ever. A husband and wife killing team, and the end of one of the Jeffries sisters. I would say Shortland Street isn't that good, but then someone must have come up with the idea.
Number 2 is the least likely, considering that Shanti's fiance is supposed to turn up next year; what would be the point of introducing him if she's dead? I don't think the Scotty/Shanti cultural conflict storyline is over yet either. Killing Shanti wouldn't really affect anyone outside of, say, Alice and Tania because she's not a character with a lot of friends.
My money's on number 3. TV Guide's episode summary for December 14 is "Alice gets a surprise Christmas visitor", or something along those lines. It could be someone boring, like her mum again, but it could be Luke. That would be a surprise because they've never had anything to do with each other. Killing Alice off would give Craig some good scenes (IMO, Renato Bartolomei is the best actor they have, which doesn't actually say a lot considering the general standard of acting on Shortland Street), although it would seem they're planning to make a habit of killing Craig's girlfriends. It also means they could reopen the Craig/Sarah/TK love triangle if they so desired.
Luke is also the weakest possible choice (of the three) for the killer. He was introduced only in the context of the serial killer storyline and he's only ever been portrayed as a creep with no redeeming features. That's partly why it would be so cool for it to be Justine and Callum: they're kind of screwed up, but they love their kids (if Hunter was my son...) and they are, for the most part, likable. Again, though, not so much with the 'subtle' on Shortland Street. It's a soap opera, after all.
Also, Alice is my favourite character, therefore I think it's her.

Who's Luke? The guy who assulted the irritating, psychotic waitress?
(My friend Lina dressed up as the Ferndale Strangler for a Christmas party last weekend)

Personally, I was holding out hope for Lara to be the serial killer.
