Okay. A bunch of photos from the Royal New Zealand Navy's open day at the Devonport Naval Base which I cannot for the life of me post at sea-patrol.com:

Probably self explanatory, but unbelievably hard to get a photo of without a child climbing on it.

The RNZN's values, in front of the memorial wall to the sailors who died in WWII.

On shore, looking out towards the ships.

And looking back the other way.

The Maritime Warfare Training Centre.

Damage control demonstration. A little girl in the crowd thought everyone was taking it a bit too seriously and shouted "it's not a real fire!"

Ships!: Wellington and Te Mana; Hawea and Pukaki behind them; Otago in the back and Manawanui poking out from behind a building.

HMNZS Te Mana.

Resolution and Canterbury.

Canterbury, with the Auckland Harbour Bridge in the background.

Endeavour. My favourite ship on the tour - I didn't see that coming!

Manawanui. My first thought was "Aw, what a cute ship."

I took this one onboard Canterbury. English grammar is apparently not the Navy's strong point.

At the Sunset Ceremony on Windsor Reserve.

Lowering the white ensign.

The band and guard marching off.
